We present you a project of a beautiful one-storey house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and two porches on a total area of 140sq.m. and clean residential of 117.43sq.m. The architectural decision to provide direct access to both sides of the home via the two porches is unusual for us as it avoids the moment with an entrance, foyer or corridor, such as a classic European production, and goes directly into the kitchen or living room. They are connected through the dining room in a wide living room. In the kitchen area, next to the chimney, there is a place for a stove or boiler. There is a storage room on one side and a small closet on the other.
From the dining room, passing through the double-sliding doors, one enters a small room, which can be distinguished as an office, a games room, etc. The living area is connected via a small foyer to the three bedrooms, the largest of them with a private bathroom and the two smaller ones being serviced by a common bathroom located between them.
Both porches are spacious enough to be usable. The facade of the house is partially lined with light stone, the windows are high, most of them with arches, and the overall look of the home is reminiscent of the Spanish tradition influenced by Eastern traditions.
