We present you an idea for the preparation of homemade milk dessert, whose taste qualities are not inferior, and even surpass most of the ready-made such treats sold at retail outlets. However, in this embodiment, all the embedded products are natural and there are no artificial additives. Making this sweet surprise will be greatly appreciated by all family members.
For marshes: 4 eggs 100ml oil 80y sugar 80y flour 20ml milk 2l cocoa 1 batching machine |
For the milk layer: 200ml sweet condensed milk 200ml cream (20%) 100ml milk 50y sugar 1 Vanilla Sugar Pack 20y gelatin; Chocolate for frosting. |
Prepare the products for the marshes. Sift the flour and mix it with the cocoa and baking powder. The eggs must have been out of the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites into a thick foam. Beat the yolks with the sugar, then add the milk and oil; again beat well until smooth and add it to the flour part. Mix well with a spatula and then add the beaten egg whites. Stir gently again. The marsh mixture should be semi-liquid. Grease and flour a baking dish. You can bake one loaf, which you can then cut with a thread or two separate ones. Bake in preheated to 180-200 ° C until ready - dry stick to check.
Pour the gelatin over with lukewarm milk and let it swell for about 10-15min. Then heat it on a salb fire until it is completely dissolved, being careful not to boil it. Prepare the milk layer by blending condensed milk, cream and gelatin in a blender. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat at high speed until smooth. Put one marshmallow in the cleaned form in which it is baked, pour over the milk mixture; place the second swab above and press very gently. Then cover with household foil and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
Once the milky layer is tight, you can detach from the mold by carefully cutting the knife around the edges and turning it over.
Prepare the icing by melting the chocolate in a water bath. You can pour the whole dessert, wait for it to clench, and then slice or pre-divide into smaller cakes to cover with frosting separately.
Serve and surprise!
