This is an original idea for making a ring-shaped artistic pizza. The arrangement method is reminiscent of the recipe described above taco ring. In contrast, a single swamp is used here, rather than prefabricated triangles, and the vertices bend in the opposite direction.
Dough recipe:
500 g yogurt, 1h. hours of milk, 25 g of yeast, 1 teaspoon of soda and salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar and oil and one egg are mixed, then add 1 kg of flour and knead until detached from the hands - you can knead the whole amount and use the required volume or reduce the ingredients proportionally according to what you need.
Method of preparation:
Roll out a round tray. Place in the baking tray. Mark the center, measure the radius, ie, the distance to the outer edge and at half that distance draw a second, inner circle with a toothpick. In it you make four symmetrical diametrical cuts. Arrange the preferred pizza products (in this case, ham, marinated mushrooms, tomatoes and grated yellow cheese arranged on garlic sauce) in the space between the inner circle and the outer edge. Wrap the rays of the star obtained from the cuts on the filling and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden. Serve with your favorite sauce.
