In the following lines we will present an interesting project of a compact house with one bedroom, veranda and a total area of less than 40 square meters. This minimalist home, more often called a bungalow, can provide the basic characteristics of any living space, and its implementation can be in several variants - with a ready-made prefabricated, wooden or metal structure. The main part of the attic volume is set aside for the living room, which together with the transitional lobby has an area of about 20 sq.m. A bathroom with toilet is located directly opposite the front door and separates the living room from the night area. The bedroom itself is a little over 10 square meters, which is enough for such a room in a compact home. The rest of the area of this nice house is set aside for a covered porch in front of the bedroom, which can be used as a terraced terrace or simply as a shed in front of the room.
