Here again we will present an interesting architectural project of a compact one-storey house with 2 bedrooms on almost 72sq.m. built-up area. In fact, it is close to the average area of †‹вЂ‹ an apartment with two bedrooms, but in this case, instead of common parts of a multi-storey building, to the area of †‹вЂ‹ the property we add a beautiful porch of about 15 square meters. The internal distribution is optimized to the most necessary living spaces, and only next to the entrance hall there is a boiler room, which, if it is no longer needed, can be easily transformed into a service area to one room.
