In the following lines we will present a project of a prefabricated house with two bedrooms and a veranda, and with a living area of less than 70 square meters. There are different options for the implementation of this home, depending on the choice of constructive and insulating approach. However, the main features remain unchanged, and the internal layout can provide for the merging of the living room and kitchen into a common tract or their construction as separate rooms, as proposed in the plan below. This creates a living area in one half of the house and a slightly smaller sleeping area in the other. Between the two bedrooms is positioned a bathroom with toilet, access to which is from the lobby / corridor connecting all the rooms. From the living room you can go directly to a neat covered porch of about 7 square meters.
