Necessary products:
• 250-300 grams of puff pastry
• 2-3 red apples
• 2 glasses of water
• 1 egg
• 1-2 tablespoons sugar, powdered sugar to sprinkle

Method of preparation:


Prepare the apples by washing and cleaning them thoroughly. Divide in half and cut into thin slices. Prepare the sugar syrup by bringing the water to a boil, then pour the sugar to melt and soak the apples to boil for about 3 minutes. Then take them out and leave to cool. Cut the puff pastry into strips about 6 cm wide. Spread each strip with the beaten egg. Arrange the sliced ​​apples tightly overlapping on half of the width of the strip, and fold the other half on top, as shown in the photo. The apples should be served slightly over the dough. Place in a pre-greased muffin tin. Bake at 200 degrees until golden and according to the instructions on the dough package. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
