Recipe for everyone's favorite winter - Ropotamo salad.

Required products for a single dose (about 8 standard large jars):

1 kg beans
1 large jar of canned pickles
1 large jar of canned roasted peppers
1 large jar of canned tomato puree
1 kg carrots
1 large jar of canned peas (optional)
1-2 parsley links

Oil - 180 c
Vinegar - 180 c
Sol - 40 c
Sugar - 50 c

Method of preparation:

We cook beans and carrots separately. Cut carrots into cubes, roasted peppers and pickles, parsley.

Heat the oil, vinegar, salt and sugar to a boil and keep on the stove until the salt and sugar have melted. Remove from the stove to cool.

We prepare a container of suitable size and mix the cooked carrots, sliced ​​cucumbers and peppers, parsley and pour the cooked beans into them. Finally we add a jar of tomato paste. Stir and pour in the cooled marinade. Again, we stir gently. Allow it to stand overnight in the cold to mix the flavors of the ingredients well. The next day, in the morning, we fill in jars and sterilize. It is!
